"I first met Dusti in January 2024, and the minute I met her, we clicked and I knew she was the perfect person to plan and execute our Un-Wedded Bliss Bash in October 2024. We sat down for a couple of hours to get to know each other and understand what we were looking for for our celebration. She first helped us locate the perfect Venue to host the vibe and vision we wanted. Once that was complete Dusti went to work to create our vision board that guided all of our choices and decisions to create the perfect evening. She is incredibly talented and creative and we fell in love with the elements she put forth. Then it was on to finding all of the vendors. Dusti has so much experience with so many vendors and made our selection process smooth and stress free. And if she was ever stressed about anything…. She never showed it…always as positive and calm as a cucumber. The vendors she selected with us were perfect and she ensured they provided exactly what we wanted to make our dream come true. She created our Save the Dates and our invitations all in line with our theme and vibe.
Dusti has great communication skills and always kept me informed of where things stood or what might be needed. And when the big day came- she created the event space that was absolutely stunning! She coordinated all of the vendors, kept them all informed on the run of show and expertly managed the entire preparation. She is so attentive to details and one step ahead of me… always. I never had to worry about a thing. I cried when I saw the venue come to life! She and Sam took such great care of us that evening, ensuring we had food or anything else we needed.
I can’t say enough about her kindness, talent and expertise! All of our guests raved about the entire evening— and we have Dusti and Indigo Moon Events to thank for that. Not only is she tremendous at what she does, I now call her my friend! I couldn’t imagine having done this without her! There wasn’t a thing I would change."

Planning a destination wedding in Lake Geneva while living on the West Coast felt overwhelming at first—but from the moment we connected with our coordinator, everything changed. "Dusti made me feel like I had a new best friend and big sister since the day I sent an inquiry. She was there with me every step of the way and even picked me up to carry me to the finish line. We had our original venue bail on us only a few months before our wedding and Dusti not only swooped in to help, she made our wedding even better than we imagined. The second we found out, she was ready to go and had already connected with 25 other venues to see if we could use them as a back up. Sure you could call it a job, but we really really were in this whole thing together (plus David). I seriously don’t know what my day would have been like without her (nor do I want to lol). She made my dream wedding happen- she advocated for me, she problem solved with me, and she gave me every bit of wisdom I needed. To give a specific example of why she’s the best:
Dusti knew I really wanted a specific photo of my sister and brother in-law signing our marriage certificate together and when it came time to do this during dinner, I realized I had completely forgotten the certificate at my Airbnb. It’s suuuuch a small thing in the grand scheme of things but I was a second away from panicking before Dusti said, no no- give me the address and the code - I’m going to go grab it right now and we’re not going to waste a single second. It was a small detail and Dusti remembered how important it was to me and she wasn’t about to let me miss it. And I think this speaks volumes and volumes and volumes- she is someone you can count on over and over again."

From our first meeting I knew Dusti was for us. She is confident in her abilities and really listens to you. She created a vision board which we worked together to refine into what our dream wedding would look like. She helped create a list of all the details we would need for the space. She has items you can rent from her (like her gorgeous candlestick holders).
Dusti cut my wedding planning stress down to practically nothing. She made planning easy. My husband wasn't sure that it was "worth the cost" to pay someone to do what "we could do ourselves". We both know now that we absolutely COULD NOT have done this without Dusti. She created our dream wedding and kept everything within our budget.
Dusti was there for tastings, late night anxiety texts, calls, and emails throughout the entire process (we hired her July of 2024 for our November 2025 wedding), walk throughs, and our rehearsal! She helped run through what the next day would look like and answer any last minute questions. Dusti set up our spaces and tore everything down and repackaged/organized it for us at the end of the night.
Dusti truly listened to us and our vision. She felt like a friend by the end of the process. I can not say enough wonderful things about her. She took the stress away from planning and the day of. "Working with Dusti was an absolute dream! Having a ‘Type A’ personality, my original mindset was ‘I can do all of this and don’t need anyone’s help. Because there isn’t anyone I trust enough to execute our special day, so I’ll just do it myself.’ About 3 months in to planning, I knew that was unrealistic, and that I needed to find someone that I could trust to execute our dream wedding. The first time that I’m at Dusti was at a coffee shop and immediately I felt at ease talking with her. At that point I had not even signed a contract to work with her, but she was so willing to help and brainstorm ideas and by the end of the meeting it felt like we had been best friends for years. By the next day, I had signed a contract for her to do our wedding coordination and it was the best wedding vendor decision that we made. The online portal that she has set up for her clients is so helpful and organized, and really helped to keep us on track throughout the planning process. I was able to call/text/email whenever, and she always got back to me way sooner than what I thought to be necessary. She was just on top of it-all of the time. She offered so many different ideas and was just always the back up support we needed when making a final decision on something.
When it came to actual wedding day, she was an absolute angel. She directed everyone to where they needed to be, she set up everything exactly as I had imagined and hoped it to be, and she always was a step ahead of us. We had talked about needing to bustle my dress at some point during cocktail hour and definitely got caught up in talking with people and I blanked on remembering to step away to make that happen. Once she had gotten us both drinks and snacks, she snuck behind me during group pictures with friends and just started bustling and was able to take care of it without me even having to leave the area. She knew how important it was for us to spend as much time with our guests and truly went above and beyond to make sure that happened. There was never a moment throughout the day where I felt rushed or anxious about things getting done because I knew that Dusti would ensure everything was perfect for us. We are so incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her, and now are so thankful to call her a friend."

"While searching for a wedding coordinator, I came across Dusti's information, and quickly realized she was also the coordinator for one of my best friend's weddings last August (and I was in that wedding, as well). I felt really great knowing that my best friend loved her and was beyond happy with her work with her own wedding. After the intro call, I knew she would be a great fit for us. Although, our friends and family would certainly have helped in any capacity we needed, my then-fiancé and I wanted zero stress put upon anyone attending the wedding. Our hope was that everyone could relax and enjoy the day without worrying about decorating, wrangling vendors, setting up desserts, answering questions etc. This is where Dusti steps in. She was an absolute dream. We opted for the month-of coordination and found it to be beyond valuable. She is worth every penny! Dusti was such a wealth of knowledge and was very responsive with any question or concern we had leading up to the big day. We are still commenting how we could not have had the wedding we did, the way we envisioned, without her. I thought I was organized, but Dusti went above and beyond. I loved having access to the detailed itinerary and felt confident that she had everything under control to curate the most perfect day for us. She came with us to our venue multiple times and asked important questions that weren't even on our radar. We weren't able to have our rehearsal at our venue, because of another event being held there, but Dusti was able to come to our hotel and make sure the wedding party still had a run down of the day and how the ceremony would proceed. The day of the wedding, Dusti ran the show. Because we didn't have access to the venue until noon, and the entire immediate family was our wedding party, we had to leave a truck with all our decorations, etc for Dusti to unload and arrange. She didn't blink an eye. It was a dream. We loved having her on our team and would hire her again in a heartbeat. She is such a special person and excels in every aspect of her job. We can't thank her enough for making our day so magical!"

I was confident in her abilities even from our initial meeting. She asked us great questions and made sure we were prepared ahead of our big day. She was so organized during set up and made sure that all our decorations were just perfect. If anything didn't go to plan on our wedding day, I didn't even know until after. She managed all the vendors, wedding party, and a few unexpected snafus seamlessly. She made sure that my husband and I were well taken care of and stress free. "My husband and I first met Dusti when she was coordinating a wedding we were standing up in. Seeing how she handled everyone and everything in order to make the day smooth and special for the couple made us want to hire her for our own wedding immediately. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, hiring Dusti proved to be one of the best decisions we made. Knowing that she was coordinating all of our vendors, executing the setup and the decorations and worrying about all of the small details was a huge relief to me. When we first started working together I honestly didn't have a clear vision for my wedding. Dusti's experience and creativity really helped me solidify how I wanted my wedding to look and feel. We paid her to be a "Day Of" coordinator but she was really there with us every step of the way. Whenever I was unsure about decorations or even the smallest logistical detail, she was merely a text away. On the day of our wedding she was a machine. She made sure everything was executed to what we had envisioned and did an enormous amount of literal heavy lifting to make that happen. She was protective of my experience and made sure that no one bothered with me details or asks and that I only had to worry about getting married. When I noticed my dress was still a hair too long (and I freaked out about tripping down the aisle!) she immediately knew how to fix it and it was perfect! She spent the whole day checking in on me and my husband and making sure we had the best day of our lives. We both agree that our day would never have been as magical as it was without Dusti. I've been recommending her to all of my engaged friends because she is the best at what she does."
